Web series is being viral these days. There are lot of series which are released this year and had highest views and subscribers. These series concentrated mostly on cricket, engineering, history, live-in relationships, parental love, and a female Devdas.
1. Laakhon Mein Ek
Comedian Biswa Kalyan Rath’s foray into fiction began this year with a show about IIT coaching centres in India. Aakash plans to study commerce in Raipur, but his father has different plans for him.The series explores the life of Aakash and how he struggles to keep his grades high and please his parents. He decides to send Aakash to an IIT Coaching institute far away from Raipur. Aakash reaches there to discover it’s a whole different world and he is a misfit in that.
2. Inside Edge
This was produced by Excel Entertainment. An incredibly addictive BTS looks at a fictional cricket league in India and the politics that go into scoring the big runs and making the superstars. You will find it interesting and hard to point out why exactly it works, you won’t be able to stop watching.
3. Bose: Dead/Alive
This is streaming now on ALTNalaji. This is casted with Rajkummar Rao. Portraying the character of Bose and Naveen Kasturia in a supporting role had an incredible acting year. He wraps it up with this period drama which is about the life and times of Subhash Chandra Bose, and also the mystery surrounding his death.
4. Bisht, Please!
This TVF original introduces us to Neetu, a “good girl” who often finds herself in ridiculous situations. The series describes how a women lives in a men’s world.
5. What the Folks
Dice media presents “What the Folks”. The show is about Nikhil and the time he spends at his in-laws’ home with the entire family, while struggling to keep his cool and learn more about them.

Hot on the heels of the acclaimed web series Humorously viral Fever has released their next web series FATHERS. Three fathers trying to catch up with young generation with adorable results. This show hilariously captures the lives of three uncles living in the same society and their struggles. Starring a trio of on-screen fathers Brijendra Kala, Gajraj Rao and Atul Srivastava, the show follows their misadventures.
What seems like an Indian version of Friends, the show takes you along the journey of five roommates and their lives together. TVF has come out with a new web series titled Inmates to stream on October 13. The trailer of the series has launched and gives a perfect insight into what we can expect. It has an ensemble cast consisting of Mukti Mohan, Akanksha Thakur, Kashyap Kapoor, Ashish Verma, Raghav Raj Kakkar, who are friends and share space in a house. 10. As I’m Suffering From Kadhal
As I’m Suffering from Kadhal (As I’m suffering from love) a 2017 Indian quirky romantic comedy web series in Tamil, from Balaji Mohan the director of Maari and Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi. The show revolves around the lives of four pairs includes divorced father and his daughter, a live-in couple, a married couple, and a lovesick one.
